Business Interaction Model (BIM) This is a model that encompasses the planning, the design, the execution and the control of how a company's business process (activities) interacts with the process (activities) of other internal or external departments. This model can help sort out ailing business processes of two different departments within an organization that do not interact efficiently, which can result to loss of business to the company. This model coordinates the interaction between an individual/department in an organization (Customer) making a request (work) from another individual/department who will now be the recipient of that request (Performer).
